Every Monday at 9am EST for 30 minutes where we discover different ways to connect with our bodies through movement.

The classes are for every level regardless if you are a beginner or not.

Each Monday, we rotate between Cardio/Strength one week to Core Circuit the next followed by a Stretch Class.
